AOP Blanquette de Limoux

Elaborated in traditional method with one single grape very traditional in the area and without any addition of liqueur (O dosage/ Brut nature) this cuvée reveals all the fruity aromas of Mauzac grappe. Green apple, notes of linden and acacia flowers for this original cuvée, pure and very refreshing. A perfect Blanquette to taste with tapas fish and shellfish but also to awaken a seafood platter or gambas.

Grape : 100% Mauzac.
