Jacques CALVEL

In 2002 Jacques decided to come back to his countryside and to invest his free time of retired to develop J.Laurens. He is running the domain and the team with a lot of enthousiasm and a kind rigour to offer good wines and services.

Benoit Manchon

After more than 15 years of an experience in the wine industry, Benoit has joined us in October 2017 as a Purchasing and Logistic Manager. He is bringing his rigour and professionalism to the daily management: production plans, investments, all purchases and the general organization. The final objective is to maintain and improve the quality of our wines taking in charge the development of the Domaine.

Henri ALBRUS

Having gained a diploma specialised in viticulture and oenology, Henri’s first job was in a traditional winery with an excellent reputation specialized in sparkling wines of Limoux. He then decided to work for the Domaine J. Laurens in 2000 where Michel Dervin enabled him to gain further experience in producing sparkling wines according to Champagne methods. Benefiting from these experiences, Henri continues to develop the characteristic personality of our wines. For each vintage he is in charge of production from the picking of the grapes to the first tasting of the wines.

Luc LARET

At first tempted by scientific studies, very rapidly a passion for nature took over. Caught by a particular interest for vineyards, he naturally decided to dedicate himself to vine culture. His 28 years of experience in vineyards allow him, today, to give his best to cultivate our plants of Chardonnay, Chenin, Mauzac and Pinot noir.

Alix BARBAZA

Bac Technological in Agronomy in his pocket, Alix continued on a BTS in rural space, after several seasons as a cellar technician and various enriching experiences (sports animator Tennis, Sapeur Fireman voluntary, manager of a bar-restaurant) his suitcases at the Domaine J.Laurens as a wine cellar assistant.
