From a very original method invented in Limoux at the &6th century and with a partial fermentation this light wine (only 6° alcool) is naturally sweet. There is no dosage added so sweetness is only from the grappes. 100 % Mauzac gives rich aromas of orchard fruits such as apple or pear. In the tradition , the wine was bottled at the old moon of March when usually the almond trees bloomed and it's why our label is so flowered.
