Reasoned agriculture & sustainable development
Aware of the importance of protecting our environment and respecting biological diversity, we have always wanted to reduce the negative effects of treatments. For each of our plots, we apply the principles of sustainable agriculture and observation of the vines with the help of a qualified technician allows us to use the treatments only when necessary and not systematically. . On the other hand, the products used are chosen from the least aggressive products possible from the cultivation of the vineyard to the vinification (example: use of organic fertilizers only).
We thus hope to contribute to the collective effort to preserve the natural environment and limit the risks of pollution. This effort combined with low controlled yields, selective manual harvesting, rapid transport of the grapes in perforated crates to avoid any oxidation, non-aggressive pneumatic pressing ensures a healthy harvest of quality and very pure base wines.
